Great job with the AMAW and the running. There is nothing that makes me feel leaner than when I am running. I do not like to run on a treadmill though! LOL

I am legit scared to start running outside. I have no bleeping clue how to pace myself and every time I run outside I go way too fast and burn out too quickly. I am going to have to figure it out before the Disney 1/2, though, huh?
If you use the music that comes with the Jeff Galloway app, it purposefully helps you set a pace by the beat. It says it will do that as well with your own music, but I haven't tried it.

Good morning JB and menu crew! The storm is supposed to reach my area mid- morning, the school system is sending the kids home a half day. I recently changed jobs so I only have a 1.5 mile drive home and am not worried. Lets hope the storm is not going to be as bad as predicted and everyone stays safe and off the roads as much as possible.
QOTD - I love to sing, while I have zero formal training I sang in cover bands when I was younger. I can sing it all from Garth Brooks to Guns and Roses. When my wife and I go out I still get called up to sit in with the bands and sing a couple of songs. ( the n\benefit of living where everybody knows your name). I have been thinking that I would love to be in a band again, though I am not so sure spending the weekends in a bar would be beneficial for me. LOL
I had a great day one on the AMAW and am amazed at how one day of clean eating can get you back on track and feeling good after a poor weekend ( though I did have fun, this is a balancing act, right?)

E - will run a couple of miles on my treadmill at home so i dont have to drive to the gym

I think I'll start heading home today. We didn't get as much snow as they predicted overnight, but it's supposed to keep going throughout the day. Should bet ok once I'm out of the mountains, so I'm going to go ahead and leave later this morning.
QOTD: I sing all the time when I'm home and an constantly making up songs about things I'm seeing or thinking, but I'd never do it outside my house it in front of other people- they'd think I was nuts! I'm not a terribly good singer, either, unfortunately...

JB- Congrats on keeping on plan yesterday! these days i find myself straying too much. I feel like my appetite is back and I wi**** wasn't. I need to refocus, so thanks for being a great role model!
QOTD: I can sort of carry a tune, but no, I don't think I'm Adele or Beyonce or anything, unless you see me in my car by myself belting out a ballad like I'm a contestant on American Idol. Love me some Karaoke though.
