Happy Afternoon!! My office actually closed at noon today that has never happened in the ten years I have worked there. However, the drive home was not that bad and I brought home a bunch of work to do.

QOTD: Um.. No that is a talent my daughter did not inherit from me. I love to sing but I am horrible!

Food for the day:

B: hard boiled egg white, 2 slices of bacon, decaf tea

L: 2 oz ham, slice of cheese

D: meatballs w/sauce and melted cheese

Hi everyone,

We got a boat load of snow, sleet and rain today. Now it's back to snowing!

QOTD: I cannot sing at all!

B: 2 eggs, home made turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 serving of sf free fruit cup(My blood sugar was extremely low this morning so I needed a few carbs)

L:3oz turkey breast

S: ostrim meat stick, 1 oz turkey breast

D: 3 1/2 oz carrando spiral ham, 2 fork fulls of broccoli rabe w/evoo & garlic

S: 3/4 serving plain chobani greek yogurt, 1/2tbsp sf apricot preserve

Cals:698, Carbs: 15, Protein:91
