What's on your Tuesday Menu RNYers?
Good afternoon,
I am posting a bit late today. Yesterday was my first day back to work and I decided to walk 1.5 miles on my lunch break and felt terrible after. As a result I am trying to move from 4oz to 6oz of either water or liquid protein an hour.
B: 6oz Chocolate Unjury + Fair Life Milk
S: 6oz Unflavored Unjury + Raspberry Lemonade Crystal Light
L: 6oz Bone Broth + Unflavored Unjury
S: 6oz Bone Broth + Unflavored Unjury
D: Variety Hour- the remaining 2oz of each of the above (I made them all in 8oz portions to go this morning)
Wish me luck, my pouch already feels a bit uncomfortable from the increase but not too bad.
Go easy if you can't get it all in this early out. I know I couldn't.

Afternoon guys!
I woke up this morning and didn't even sit down at my computer, so this is a delayed post. I'm in the waiting room at my therapists for my last session before surgery. I'm nervous, but I feel good. I spent the morning hanging out with my son, then dropped him off at my MIL's before running a couple errands. I'm on clear liquids today so it's been Water, decaf tea, jello, and cranberry juice thus far.
Later this afternoon I should get a call from the hospital with my arrival time...which will help me plan the rest of my day. I have to drink some orange powder they gave me by midnight and then 2 hours before I arrive I have to drink more of it. It's something with electrolytes and whatnot to help me not feel so thirsty/hungry and to help me bounce back more quickly after surgery.
QOTD: I'm actually a good singer, but I'm shy about it. In school I was part of the choir, I earned a lot of solo parts and I even placed second in a solo & ensemble competition. In college I was part of the university choir. But I think being overweight meant I never ever wanted to draw attention to myself because I was uncomfortable with the attention....so I rarely sing in front of strangers. Most recently I sang during a karaoke night we had with a group of friends...I sang 'Still Alive' which is from the game Portal...if you've played it and heard the song you know how amusing it is. One thing I do often, is sing to my son....something I started doing when I was pregnant with him.
MENU:
I'm not sure I have a qualifiable menu today haha....bunch of water and jello and broth!
Have a great day guys!
