I forgot about the peanut butter and jam. For some reason the beef jerky coins do not taste as good with toppings. That may explain their lack of gold foil.

Right? And really...they are bland as heck. Why do they seem so enchanting? LOL

For me it's the salt. I always put them on my tongue salt side down.

So much truth in this post...about getting on the wagon again whether it is smoking or eating carbs...can't use excuses. I love this 'extra cracker weight' LOL... I always think when I buy a bag of something- even a healthy snack...when I look at the calories and the number of servings- "How bad will I feel about myself if I eat the whole bag?" ...because in reality that could happen.... it sways my decision...

Lol. That is seriously my consideration when buying anything with multiple servings. How many calories would the WHOLE BAG be. Sometimes that number is so sobering that it shocks me awake.

Hello Everyone

It's a snow day here in RI and my birthday so it's quite a celebration!

QOTD: I'm a trained classical singer. I received my masters degree in vocal performance so most days I can sing but right now I'm sick so I sound like a frog in pain. Grim I have a BM too but mine is framed and on the wall. Haha

B: decaf and protein hot chocolate

L: egg and bacon

D: pork and cabbage

S: sirloin steak, possibly sf egg custard for a birthday treat

calories 704 (about 100 higher than usual that's why I'm not sure about the egg custard)

protein 68 (lower that usual cause of the custard)

carb 22

fat 34

Can you tell I'm conflicted about custard! Haha
