What's on your Tuesday Menu RNYers?

Good morning! Yep the whole state is closed for the blizzard and I get my work from home day. Whoo! I am pumping up the heat (sorry honey!), firing up the Keurig and getting cozy. I have a TON of work to do today, though. I have a million projects big and small, that I have started but never finished. I will sleep better knowing that a bunch of these are done.
QOTD: Can you sing? Over the weekend we watched the animated movie, "SING"--the one with the animals who end up in an American Idol type competition. Not a great movie, but it made me wish I was a better singer. I used to be a lot more fearless about belting out whatever was in my head, but I just can't do it anymore.
Yesterday I had a pretty successful day with AMAW. I ate exactly what was on my meaty menu, except (as usual) I didn't need one of my snacks. I hate two bites of a "treat" later in the day, too, which was not great but better than I have been doing. I also ran 2.6 miles in 36 minutes, which felt great!

The Globe had a story yesterday, where they showed pictures of the lines at local supermarkets. It was nuts! There was one video showing lines going from the registers in the front of the store all the way through the aisles to the meat counter in back!
I wouldn't wait in lines that long for anything. Anything. Inconceivable.

When I see scenes like that, I always wonder what's in their fridge and pantry? Like, are the cupboards bare?
(I'm not talking catastrophic weather events, just...weather events...)

I know! At any given time, I have enough food in the house to last several days. The only thing I could imagine waiting in that kind of line for would be baby formula and diapers.
