What's on Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Routine is our friend....you will get back in the swing. What an awesome NSV... just because we are so hard on ourselves and then a little tap on the shoulder says 'you are doing OK'...

OK woman... I saw the pics of you on FB, and while I can't see your entire body behind the podium, I can see from the sparkles that you were rocking it and taking names!!! No more self body image breakdowns! You're gorgeous and I bet, very sexy in your sparkles! And I could see from the other picture that your arms do look fabulous! (I just went and zoomed in on them, ok?!)... That girl will be lucky to look as great as you when she grows up!
Cigarettes... another one of the devil's creations... just like the popcorn, crackers, and PB&J's, you just dust yourself off and continue on! It's a new week!

Good afternoon peeps! I had a great time at the Peer Support Group with Deanna. She looks fantastic! She is so tiny! AND she has so much energy!!
QOTD: I am only 19 months out and don't struggle too much so I just eat a small bite of the real thing. When I eat baked chips or faux food they are triggers for me and because they are "light" it gives me permission to eat more. I found if I am really craving something sweet, just eat it if I am at my low end of weight range. Then, like you, do an AMAW, or whatever when I start losing control. I don't worry about it. I think this is how skinny people watch their weight. It is a daily struggle. I do eat "bad things" but very infrequently. My problem is stupid pretzels. When I am trying to detox, I will gain weight, trying to substitue larger portions of healthy food, when all I want is pretzels. My fav is heavily salted hard boiled eggs or pickels. I think I just want salt.

S: protein shakes, 1 in coffee and 1 at second break at work

First off - Friday's photo I included my two BFFs, my friend Joy, and my Neo Mastiff Mrs. Figg. Last night Mrs. Figg died :( No warning but she was older for a big (140ish lb) dog.
Here's that photo again, it was taken on 3/9 as she snoozed on my 'good' couch during a dinner party.
QOTD - I like to make "healthy" versions of regular recipes, where healthier means less processing and artificial flavors. I am counting on having SF jello and the SF protein powder based drinks so obviously I'm not AVOIDING artificial flavoring, but at the same time, not really wanting to introduce more. I'm really big on clean eating - so most years I raise my own chickens for eggs and meat.
B- Subway flatbread egg sandwich with extra spinach and tomato.
L- Roasted egg plant soup, and half a steak sandwich
AS- small piece of dark chocolate
D- Jalapeno and lime chicken sliders
ES- smoked almonds

I'm so very sorry you lost Mrs. Figg. My daughter and I fell in love with her last week when you posted her picture. It's so hard when we lose our beloved pets. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
