So Dry
Hi again! Fats for me too. When I have a higher fat content in my diet my skin seems better. I added a bit of avocado, and I am eating full fat cheese in small amounts, and some olive oil in my salad dressing. It does up the calories, but if I remember correctly you are just about at your target weight right? You could experiment with adding some fat calories to your diet.

I normally have dry skin even before I went through surgery. Since I have eczema I have a whole health regime that I use for dry skin. Eucerin is a great lotion for dry skin, make sure whatever lotion you use is noncomedegenic (doesn't block pores and cause blackeheads). Lubriderm is another good lotion. For the face ROC makes a good lotion and if you can afford it hydrationist by estee lauder is great. Also right after you get out of the shower Nuetrogena oil on the body is great. Don't take really hot baths or showers, that makes it much worse. Also, humidifiers can help if it is really bad.
Like everyone else has said, increasing good fats like nuts and avocado help some.
Hope some of these things help - Good Luck!
