What everyone else said. But you need to drink more too. The extra fluid will help.

Yes, I agree about it being OH. I take three different hypertension meds, and it was so bad I blacked out once or twice. I have discussed with my PCP and surgeon that if I had this happen to try not taking one of my meds for a day or two and see if it helps. One of my meds is a single med and one is combo of two. When I dropped the single med it didn't help, when I dropped the combo med it ceased and I've been checking my bp frequently to make sure it's not unhealthy. Thankful I thought to discuss this prior to surgery so doc was okay with me trying to solve it with my meds. I'm also salting things a tiny bit if I want to (usually only soup - I don't like salting a lot of things - spent too long as a hypertensive LOL)

Another thought is to make extra sure you are getting enough water - that helped me too when I bumped it up a bit recently.

Thank you all! More water can't hurt so I'm definitely going to add some and hope that helps. I'm not a fan of the dizzy feeling. Lol
