What could this be?
Yesturday and all ready today I find myself a little dizzy when I stand up. Eating and drinking all the right amounts and things and V are all accounted for. I remember this happening like month 2 but not since then. Any ideas?

Many of us develop low blood pressure with the rapid weight loss. Are you on any blood pressure meds? If so, you may have to have the dose adjusted. My BP is about 95/60 these days. My PCP recommended that I add salt to my diet. We are eating super healthy, and a very small amount, so we may not be getting the required amount of sodium in our diets. When I added salt, the dizziness went away.
Foods that are known to be higher in salt - like (no sugar added) pickles, olives, bacon - can really help with getting the salt in. Adding just a pinch of salt to any dishes - adds up. When my OH - low BP gets bad - I may even take a "sodium pill". Specially in summer, when it is hot. They sell those in most health food stores or stores for exercise junkies...(runners, cycling store, etc)

There is something you can do and it is simple. Just pump your legs a few times before you get up.
The blood pools in your legs and moving them gets the blood moving back to your head.
Make sure you check with your doctor is you are on blood pressure medicines.
