What's on Your Saturday Menu, RNYers?
No superstitions here, at least that I can think of.
B: beef frank sliced up with scrambled egg
L: 4 oz deli turkey breast, few bites of steamed cauliflower
D: 3-4 oz corned beef, few bites of boiled cabbage
S: 2 oz meat & veggies w/tbsp dressing
Hope everyone's enjoying the day! It's just raining away here, as usual.

Band removal & RNY Feb 1 2017
Hello! Dropping in during a break - hubby and I slept in - I will miss that Monday when I return to work for the first time in 7 weeks!! Need to find a new gym... that may be my project after work this week. It's about an hour drive home in bad traffic so was thinking of a chain that is near work and has another location somewhat closer to home, too.
Weather here is obnoxious for those who are in the snow... my daughter will certainly be using our pool this week since she has half days at school all week. I'll just leave it at that.
As for superstitions, I can't think of any that I have held on to. I'm big on saying "knock on wood" and trying to find some around to knock on but that's about as far as it goes.
B - fairlife with scoop unjury chocolate splendor
AM Snack - light and fit yogurt
L - 2 oz sirloin cooked on griddle pan with some garlic seasoning and a slice of provolone cheese
PM Snack - cup of fairlife frothed up mixed with cup of decaf coffee and a serving of Nectar Vanilla Bean Torte protein
D - Fam having italian sausage with pasta and a marinara sauce. Will set aside some sausage to make frittatas with and probably have soup for dinner since my pouch is working hard still on that sirloin LOL
Evening Snack - a serving of protein from unjury or Nectar - to hit the goal the doc has in place for us at this poing (wants minimum of 60 grams of protein daily from a high quality whey isolate protein source).
I held off posting till I figured out the nutritional details for my newest recipe. Pizza! Well... "pizza"... but still!
B: chocolate protein shake (my return to childhood chocolate milk)
S: 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
L: eggface's artichoke florentine egg bites again (made with added unflavored whey protein)
D: pizza?! Well eggface's deep dish cauliflower pizza anyway. With roasted red peppers and sliced olives for topping.
S: sugar free butterscotch pudding with protein powder added
trying for 64 oz water... so far I'm only at 44 oz...
totals: calories 862; protein 100
does anyone else feel like their chewable calcium is dessert?

Yes, totally! I have the chocolate and caramel ones. I also have iron chews that taste like starburst, so good!
