It's amazing how different ones face can look after a 30 pound loss (and it will NEVER be found again). But omg my chin is more defined, my eyes are wider. And this is only 30 pounds!!!! I cannot wait to see how much I transform.

Yes, you can already tell a big difference. I took lots of pictures along the way. Monthly I took one on the same date as my surgery so that I could "see" my progress better. If you have not already done so, you should take your measurements, too. Sometimes when we hit a stall, we are still losing inches.

That's what I've been doing! My weigh in day is on Wednesday, and I get pictures (day I started my preop diet and day of surgery) and I take measurements once a month.
