Good morning menu peeps! Long time, no see. I've been at my new job a little over 6 weeks and have been CRAZY BUSY, but loving it. My food choices however have been a little less desirable so I know I need to be here being accountable.
B- irish tea w/ fairlife milk, siggis yogurt with slivered almonds
L- dunno, didn't pack, will have to find protein in the cafeteria
S- mozzarella cheese stick
D- probably a hamburger, we may grill tonight
S- I have some leftover shrimp in work fridge, maybe that
Totals: unknown, under 800 calories and over 80 of protein if all goes well.

Quick Drive-by, I'll come back and read later. I am on my way to Spin Class!! A WLS peep I know teaches it. :) Even though I still love my 21-da-fix trying to change it up here and there. ANd started the Jeff Galloway running APp (Who the hell do I think I am, running?) Although I originally downloaded the 1/2 marathon, decided to go back to 5K one. You can set same goals but moves at a slower pace for someone who has never run. The exciting thing my new sneakers are the bomb! I have no shin splints....

S: Fitjoy bar or eggs at home if I don't feel the need to eat right after class
