Well once I had my pics I could not add my menu so:

B: Premier Protein Strawberries and Cream, Fairlife with coffee and Miralax

L: Chicken satay with peanut sauce

D: Chicken taco salad with salsa dressing and cheese

S: Dannon greek peach, Citterio Genoa and Provolone pack

Totals: 792 calories 86 protein 38 carbs 32 fat

TGIF Everybody! Today is my 2 month Surgiversary and I am down 41.4 lbs! I can't wait to see what the next 2 months will be like. I am still having trouble with ...some days are good and some are not!

Photo Friday: this is a pic of me and the hubs at our semi-annual trip to the Wineries of Fredricksberg, Texas. Last year we went with a group of our friends and had a blast!

Time since surgery: 8 weeks

First time posting my food!

breakfast: protein shake, half-caff coffee with mini moo & fiber

snack: 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese

lunch: 3 artichoke florentine egg bites (thanks for all the recipes, eggface!)

snack: 1/2 fat free Greek yogurt with 1/2 sliced banana

dinner: fried cauliflower "rice" (second thanks to eggface. I'm eating more delicious food now than I was pre-op thanks to her blog!

TOTALS calories: 761 protein: 90 grams

im adding a photo. Didn't have anything recent so I took a selfie. I think it's time to reapply my lipstick! Not sure if it worked

If you click on the + sign in the top right hand corner, choose add photo. Once the photo is uploaded, click on add photo on the left hand side of the chat box. Hope that helps.
