Plateauing I think
Keep tracking your food and staying on plan, and it will end. The stalls are the worst, but they eventually end.

You have to track your calories to see how many you are getting in... make sure you are accounting for every bite in that count, and keep your carbs super low. Not sure how much you have to lose though? Your ticker looks like you're at goal?
Then, if you've been really good, can show a great record of keeping calories low and carbs lower, no sneaky alcohol, etc... I think we're supposed to pray OK... maybe not...
so what I've read and seen on here, we cut down so many calories a day to lose so many pounds in a week... 3500 calories to lose a pound... cut out 500 calories a day to lose a pound per week? Damn, that seems like bad math or a really high number... I'm sure other things go into this equation...
Up your water too... I'm struggling with you right now... so close to goal, yet so far away (and I want to go below the goal)
***Edited to add "per week"

The crappy thing about losing weight is that the smaller you get, the less amount of calories your body needs. So sometimes we need to adjust. How far post op are you? Are you logging/tracking what you eat? If you've been the same weight for weeks and weeks then you are likely eating as many calories as your body needs.
