Good morning! Last night's mini high school reunion was small but nice. Most of the people there were ones I really never knew well, but they are nice people. And it was lovely to see a friend who I have known forever! Big shout out to Grim for escorting me--it was nice to have arm candy :)
QOTD: 90% of the time I commute in the dark both ways so I don't really care. But I do love late summer evenings that stay light late. We are gearing up for another blast of freezing weather and more snow, so I am fondly remembering what 8pm on a hot summer night feels like. Ah!
B: Starbucks egg bites and venti iced coffee

Yeah... I wore new running shoes last week, and they really must not fit right. I strained my back, got a blister, and since then the back of my right knee feels strained. I am taking the internet's advice and laying off of it for a few days and hopefully it just clears.
I want to set those sneakers on fire!
Morning pouch pals! We are up and out- waiting for anesthesia to come and talk to us- things are moving fast so we could be home before we know it.
Im pretty pleased with myself. I'm above my comfort zone weight wise by about 3# and I'm working at brining it down and my effort is reflected since I'm coming down a little each day. I even packed a lunch bag- I'm may be the only person in the universe that loves the hospital cafeteria and that is too much temptation.
qotd: I'm of whatever opinion will keep daylight savings around permanently. I hate the early darkness.

m3/4: unknown now- depends how the day goes.
