spray oilive oil, buffalo powder seasoning, and salt pepper. They were so soft and yummy

Congratulations on your surgery! Question...how do you feel after the applesauce? For me, that much fruit sugar was terribly hard on my new pouch. I wasn't eating fruits of any kind for several months post op and even now am cautious. I know everyone is different but I wonder if you are having any trouble? Also...how much protein is that? It looks like maybe maybe 30 grams to me unless you have some crazy magic soups with uber protein. If you are feeling any kind of tired or drained you might need to check and see if your doctor wants you to have more protein than you are getting. All the best!

I don't recall ever doing applesauce either... but it falls into the 'weird' consistency thing for me, and it was all I could do to eat yogurt for the protein value alone... and fruit has never held a huge appeal to me (aside from watermelon and pineapple, and I haven't had much of either one since surgery)
I haven't had even a yogurt since I got released from pureed foods

I am looking forward to going back to work. I have a job interview today!!! I don't want to work many hours I just want to get back out with people again! With my husband being disabled we don't go anywhere but to Dr.'s appointments together, so I need more people interaction! I only want around 20 hours a week so I applied to a few stores here in town, hopefully I get one.
