I am 14 years post op from Roux-en-Y. Recently I have been having dry heaving a lot more/ Sometimes only puking up what looks like bile. It doesn't always happen after eating. I do it a lot in the mornings it seems like. Anyone else have this problem?

No, but I highly suggest if you have not done so call your surgeon. If he/she is no longer an option to find a bariatric surgeon in your area that can do some testing on you. Keep us posted on how you are doing what they find out.

I see you had Dr. Nagle. Small world. He took over for Dr. Murayma when he left. I saw him post op but haven't been to him in years.

10+ years out here...Just wild guesses without seeing a doctor. Gallbladder? Stricture (they can occur at anytime...But usually around 3 weeks post op), flu, fistula (from your old stomach), Hernia (flipping of the intestine over itself), Ileus (food not moving through the bowels). Like I said...everything and the kitchen sink. Prayers for your journey. Brian
