Good morning menu Crew!

I had a wonderful weekend and hope you did as well. My wife and I took a road trip to NH this weekend, we took advantage of no sales tax and cheap liquor prices.

QOTD - I found a couple of pair of really nice dress pants at Kohls on Saturday, they were on the clearance rack , we had 2 coupons , an extra 30% and a $5.00 off coupon so my order of 2 pair of pants and 2 belts came to $21.90. I was pumped. They are a special no wrinkle pant made for traveling ( so you I dont have to iron).

I am on week three of my job and will find out this week if I will be going to china in May.

B - Protein Bar

S - Caramel apple pie greek yogurt

L - Homemade chef salad

s - buddig meat and cheese

D - shrimp scampi with zoodles

Exercise - 90 minutes at the gym

stay healthy my friends, Mike

I am enjoying my new job, and I love the comute! 3.0 miles round trip. I have been walking at lunch with my Wife's best friend who works here and another long time friend that I coached softball 30 years ago....LOL. If we go in may will be a 7-10 day trip, I am hoping we go as I have never been. Will be going again in November to a large show in Hong Kong and then to visit suppliers.

I love shrimp scampi! every other week staple in my diet.

Love Kohl's... when they have a sale AND you have Kohl's cash, life is good.

Good morning everyone!

I love shopping! I always have, but I used to spend more time on finding fun accessories like purses and headbands, as well as housewares, because I never had to worry about those fitting! Now I am an all-out clothes shopping junkie! I almost always go for bargains (not so much my stitch-fix addition), but rarely shop at thrift stores. There are only a few thrift stores I can count on carrying petite clothes and none of them are nearby, so I don't bother too often. There is a Talbot CLEARANCE outlet near me though and if you wait about 7 months, clothes that were over $200, go down below $10. I'd venture to guess that 80% of my clothes are from there, now :)

I love my menu today!

Thanks! I'm going incredibly slow to start (just under an hour for 3 miles) , but I am feeling really good about the progress! I am not sore or out of breath or tired at all at the end of 3 miles :) Yay!
