What's on your menu today (Monday) RNYers?
I've been making pancakes with 1/2 cup Ricotta, 1 egg and 3TBSP of Kodiak Protein pancake mix. That makes 4 pancakes total. You can add sugar free pudding mix or torani syrup to sweeten, but I've been doing them savory and adding a 35 calorie laughing cow and a 1oz sausage patty to the top for a "breakfast sandwich".
Edited to add: they freeze really well, so I put them in the freezer with wax paper between them and plop them in the container for work breakfasts.

I have to go in to teach a class today, then it's off to NC!! I'm oddly looking forward to the long road trip - such trips often clear my mind.
QOTD: I'm not that much of a shopper, but for supplements I wait for sales, coupons, or promotions and then stock up (esp BOGO sales!). Clothes (other than underwear and swim suits) I'm still getting at secondhand places even though I'm in maintenance. I'm aware of potential rebound or my weight (potentially) re-distributing, so I may or may not fit into these later. Plus I discovered a really good secondhand place that vets its clothes more than Goodwill does -they have some really nice stuff in there! So I may just continue to shop there! Why pay $40 for a shirt when you can get a nice one for $6?
21 months out:
B: Triple Zero yogurt + raspberries + 1 T Kashi Crunch granola
S: coffee with half & half, SF protein/fiber mocha latte
L: either crack chicken or chili
D: on the road, so not sure. Something protein-forward. I have a few protein bars packed for "emergencies"
We love road trips!
Up here, the 2nd hand places that do vet their stuff a bit more tend to be more expensive- to the point where you could probably get it on clearance brand new.
Hope you have a great trip!

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.
77 lbs lost and counting!
Losing the regain! I got this!
There is this consignment boutique just around the corner from my office... they have super high end designer things there... not exactly cheap though, so I've really only allowed myself to buy something there (other than a pair of ridiculously expensive boots****il I'm done changing sizes... but you can get some awesome stuff there... it'll be my go-to for sure before going and buying new retail!
I'm addicted to buying my clothes at second hand places! (That means we can have more, right??!)

Good morning guys!
Just a quickie post before I get to work!
It's supposed to be warming up here today/tomorrow and throughout the week....but my allergies are going bananas so I'm both happy and sad about it!
QOTD: I'm a quality shopper, I research things and I don't mind paying a more expensive price if the quality is right....but I love when things go on sale. Case in point the pillow I researched, which has been GREAT so far...I researched which kind would be best for me and then found that it was 50% off at Kohl's and I had a 30% off coupon on top of that so I was happy!!
Menu:
B: Premier Protein + Decaf Coffee
S: Babybel cheese
L: Broccoli tots and cottage cheese
