Thanks!
It is Dole Sunflower Crunch salad mix. i like it and it is something different, it does have a few carbs but I don't get it every week.
The casserole is so easy. Beat some eggs to death and add what ever you would normally like in an omelet. i switch between bacon and sausage for the meat and then add eggs, peppers and cheese and bake it. It keeps in the frig for a week and is easy to heat up in the microwave. My husband who doesn't have to watch what he eats, eats it for breakfast too. It is filling and taste good. My kids still opt for cereal. :) Brats.

Good morning Lovelies. I took last week off. An update on what's been going on with me. I've decided that I'm giving up alcohol for Lent. I hadn't been over indulging, at least not much, I'd usually have one or two glasses of wine a night. The problem was I was doing it every night. So, I decided to take a break and reevaluate my relationship with alcohol. It's been 5 days and I haven't had a drop of alcohol. I realize now that I don't mind it much. I think I'm a little more easily annoyed by Mr. Bugsy, who learned how to jump up on the couches on Wednesday, the very day that I stopped drinking. I am not quite sure if my annoyance is lack of booze or if it's just that there is no escaping the little monster.
Though, yesterday we had a huge breakthrough in puppydom! Bugsy went for his first significant walk. I've been trying to walk him on a leash since we brought him home, but he just didn't want to go very far. He'd walk to the end of our court and then want to turn around and go home. So, yesterday afternoon it was in the 40's and sunny here, and Dan, Kal and I took Bugsy out for a walk. We made it a whole block and then back again. There were times that he and I were running together, then had to go back so that the hubby and boy could catch up. I'm so excited about the opportunity to get out walking with the puppy now!
Last night Mr. Bugsy woke us up at 3:30am crying in his crate. Hubby got up and took him out to potty, the doggy peed but wanted to come right back in. So hubby put him back and his crate and came back to bed. Bugs continuted to cry for about 10 minutes, so I went down and let him out of his crate. I could tell by how he was acting that he had to poop, so I put his sweater on and took him out to the back yard. Our yard isn't fenced, so I have to go out with him. He pulled me back into the trees. So here I am, 3:45am, in my PJs standing in the woods behind my house. There are about 40+ acres of woods back there. I was just waiting for some crazy killer clowns to jump out and kill me. lol
19 months since surgery (last Saturday was my surgiversary)
B: Protein pancake, 1 egg, light and fit greek yogurt and coffee with sugar free coffeemate. I made the pancakes yesterday and posted the recipe on the facebook group. Let me know if anyone wants the recipe I used.
L: Chinese chicken and veg leftovers. I made them homemade last night and it was delicious!
D: pork loin with BBQ sauce. It's in the slow cooker right now.
S: Light and Fit greek yogurt and a protein muffin (same recipe as the pancake, just baked into muffin tins).
Totals:
Calories 842 protein 97 carbs 40 fat 32
Not a bad menu if I do say so myself.
Edited to add the QOTD: I'm an impulsive shopper. It sucks, but even last night I saw these really cute sandals for $15 on Zulily and I bought them. I can't wear them yet, obviously, but I'm excited to get them for spring/summer!
