I've definitely seen a huge change in the way people interact with me, particularly at my job(s)... as a Realtor, I swear to you, these people that walk in treat me differently... and at the full time job, I know it's different... maybe part of it is me and my outlook (although, my outgoing sparkling personality was still there before LOL)...

People definitely treat me different already but I know I carry myself differently as well. My personal space has been reduced without my consent but I'm adjusting. I find people make eye contact with me more... or is it that I'm making eye contact with others more... hmmm... lots of changes.

HAHA not sure I really need to answer the QOTD- I do coupons, online shopping codes, I think i have a year's worth of shampoo/conditioner and toothpaste in the bathroom!

I'm a supershopper, can't pay for anything that is full price! haha

Today's menu

coconut milk yogurt with protein powder

chicken and spaghetti squash

CM yogurt and protein powder (yes again...) trying to calm it after eating a zillion protein muffins last night.

they didn't make me sick and the stats aren't bad, but when you eat 5 in a day and calories were over 1000- then you need to be a good girl for a bit.

dinner will either be tuna on plain cabbage with bolthouse dressing or something like that.

I found a new thrift shop... they have .99 items, and then two colors that are 50% off each day...

It was crowded with stuff, but I did find some great deals!

I thought of you when I found it, and your .99 thrift shop! LOL I think I'm getting addicted to deals... while I love the new things I've bought, I find the treasures that are second-hand more thrilling to find!

Day 8 Pre-op Diet

QOTD: I am pretty much an impulse buyer on Amazon, but do pretty well with all other aspects of shopping. I do like a good deal so I am a bit of a researcher if I'm looking at buying higher cost items.

Breakfast - Protein Shake

Dinner - 6 oz Tilapia, riced cauliflower

Good evening all... What a day it has been. First time I have looked at anything online that has not been work related since 6:45 this morning. All work and no play make Penny very boring, tired and grumpy....

QOTD: I am very conservative shopper when it comes to purchasing something for me, my husband or our household but when it comes to purchasing anything for my daughter or nieces I bad that I am not that conservative.

Food for the day:

B: hard boiled egg white and 2 slices of bacon

L: 3 oz ham and slice of cheese

D: 3oz of grilled chicken
