Thank you, Ma'am

You need to update your picture... I keep thinking that KathyS is you because she changed hers to someone with a green hat on... and I KNOW you have fabulous new pics you can change it to!

I keep thinking I should change my picture. Then I look at that fat little happy face with the green hat that was taken on my 50th birthday in Hawaii... and it reminds me where I started. I will look for a face shot that represents the new me, though. Soon.

So you mix the fage yogurt with sf jello?? Please explain this to me... I'm perplexed over here (mostly that it goes on top of your roast meat!)

LOL, the Fage/Jello mixture is separate from the meat. I got the fage/Jello recipe from Megan.....small box of SF jello and one container of plain Greek yogurt. I use 1 cup boiled water mixed into the Jello mix then add the yogurt...place in the fridge to firm up. It kind of makes a creamy Jello dessert. I get four servings :)

I was thinking it was a variation of sour cream for the meat!

SF jello/greek yogurt kind of like the fluff stuff that Eggface has on her website. I used it in the beginning right after surgery.

Hi all,

Good morning from Orlando! I am here for 20 hours, to present at a work conference. It was 41 when I left DC yesterday, and this morning the local Orlando news said it was "only" a high of 71, so "bring a sweatshirt". LOL it's like a heat wave for me!

My first meeting is at 10:30 but I set my alarm for 7 am and went to the gym for almost an hour on the elliptical (still amazed at this new person I am though I am 3+ years out) and I was starving after so I got an overpriced bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich at the hotel restaurant after. It was to-go, and when I got back to my room, it was NO JOKE, at least 4 eggs on a ciabatta roll with 5 slices of bacon and the hashed browns from at least one extra large potato. The old me would have eaten it all, the new me ate 1/3 of the eggs and 4 pieces of bacon (who can resist bacon?).

Time Since Surgery: 3 years 3 months

B: 1.5 eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, 2 coffees since

L: Conference food, ugh

D: Airport dinner, don't be jealous. So either a Qdoba burrito bowl or a Wendy's grilled chicken sandwich (I scoped out the options already)

E: Elliptical for almost an hour

I forgot my vitamin patches so I guess I go without today

Have a great day, all!
