My first large stall, Ideas to break it
I need to start paying more attention to those 'extra' readouts on my scale... mine does the same thing, and the only number I can remember (besides my weight) is that I am 5.6lbs of bone... that one has held steady... I think I'll start tracking the other numbers too and get used to paying more attention to them.
Thanks for that idea!

I am a couple weeks further out than you, and I try to keep my carbs below 50, which is not all that low. I lose more slowly than some, but I am almost 60. I also do not exercise much. Keep at it... I have had several stalls that lasted three weeks, but the scale always has continued down at some point. Looking for some wood to knock on currently.

I weigh daily. I know my weight can creep up. I also know times I can retain a lot of water from eating things such as Chinese take out. I can swell up like a tick.
Just keep coming here daily it does help keeping us honest. It also gives us so menu change ups we our food menus become stagnate.
Trust me the honeymoon faze does stop. So lose as much as you can during this time.
