Pre- op diet question

Brain fog is the real deal! Normal night sleepers go about 10 hours from supper to breakfast. You are going an extra 4 hours on this shift. I think splitting up those shakes would help a bunch- Only other thing I can think of is drink tons of water.

Thanks for your insight. I have been off the last two days and it has been so much easier. I just have to work tomorrow (Wednesday) and Thursday on days this week so I think that it will be easier than the night shift as well.
