What's on your menu today (Photo Friday!) RNYers?

Good afternoon everyone,

I am late posting due to an internet outage at work.

It's freezing here in CT today but it was quite invigorating walking into work.

This morning I weighed in at 181.2, still holding in the 181 range, clothes fitting looser though, so I will take it and not complain.

QOTD: Can't wait to go on vacation to Louisiana in July! Eeek, the heat will be tremendous!

I am so glad it's Friday, what a taxing week!

MENU:

Coffee, coffee, coffee

Breakfast: 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, scrambled, 1 slice of cheese, cheddar, turkey pepperoni, and hot salsa on top (2 tbsps! Yummy!

Lunch: 4 oz. of grilled boneless, skinless chicken breast, 1 red pepper (raw) in strips

Dinner: Not sure

Snack: Almonds, cheese stick

lunch can kippered snacks ( smoked herring)

dinner box " spring roll " California roll ( veg and fake crab in noodle wrap ) This did not sit as well as breakfast - didn't fini**** .

This little solemn-face is a tiny little ( Persian) kitten I adopted from someone's basement. The family didn't know she existed and she got no handling or socialization at all . For a month she simply ran from me and hid desperately. Finally I bought a wall socket "

I can't edit that post ! So I bought a wall socket scent dispenser - mock " facial hormone" which dramatically reduced her anxiety. Since then she's become the biggest love - sleeping always touching me and just sitting on me all the time to prove ownership I guess lol.

The only hilarious thing is she's smaller than a squirrel but totally ferocious- she nips and spits and bites and scratches if anyone but me tries to pick her up - she's Serious! I had to warn the neighbors she's got the heavy equipment and does not hesitate to use it because she looks adorable mews pitiably and then acts so fierce ! I'm afraid I'm gonna get sued ! She took such a chunk out of my boss' finger he bled for hours - the little grrrl's no joke !
