What's on your menu today (Photo Friday!) RNYers?
I saw a recipe like that in MFP yesterday and was thinking it would be great to try. Especially since nothing interests me these days.
TBH, I don't like either. But I put enough instant decaf to block the taste and it goes down. I actually prefer powders so I'm going to get some this weekend. I think I'm going to order from Canadian Protein but not sure yet. Your glass is VERY cute. :)

I just buy the powdered peanut from bulk barn, it the same as pb2, but cheaper!

Yeah I think it's best to avoid for now. I don't think I was comfortable with nuts really until after 3 months. I never had a bad reaction or anything, they just seemed to sit heavy, so I avoided them. But now I have no problems.

Good morning guys!
Thank you so much for keeping the menu thread going this week :) Chilly here this morning, for us anyways...in the 30s to start but we'll end up somewhere in the high 50s by the end. Getting my hair done/colored (with fun colors!) this morning....the last hurrah before it all falls out after surgery . Really I have no idea what my hair will do, I've been under anesthesia before and have never had any sort of hair related reaction afterwards, but it will do what it will do and I'll wear hats until it grows back in. My hair is fairly short anyways so I'm not really worried.
QOTD: Something I'm looking forward to? Surgery! Being able to move more easily! Keeping up with my son! Not feeling like I'm going to die after running up the stairs! Getting up off the floor more easily! Riding a horse again! Revisiting old clothes I have packed away because I'd upsized! So many things

Photo Friday - I have two pictures today...my breakfast - protein coffee...21g protein and just enough caffeine that I'm not a full on zombie. This is my favorite mug, a gift from my husband our first christmas together (I've loved pooh bear since I was a kid). The second picture is a sign that's by the scale at my therapists office and I love it, I snapped a picture when I was there on Tuesday so I could share it with you guys

Definitely one of the things I like best about not working in a traditional office setting...I can do things like funky colors and no one complains about my nose being pierced
