9 months today
9 months ago today I was on the way to the hospital for WLS. I was scared but determined. It was a very good decision. I'm now less than 20 lbs. from my ultimate goal. Less than half the woman I was at my first Oreop class. Gone from a size 20-22 to an 8-10. Knees no longer hurt-I used to really struggle to go up/down a flight of stairs. Now I can walk for miles. BP is great-i was close to being placed in meds. Life is good!
