Good morning everyone! It's supposed to be 77 and sunny here today. Unfortunately, I didn't know that when I got dressed this morning and I'm wearing a heavy sweater, boo! This week is going by fast and I am so thankful for that. It's been a very busy, stressful week and I can't wait until the weekend. I don't want to do anything but walk the pups, work around the house and relax (a girl can dream...).

QOTD - My sister is so into astrology and has made me a believer in the personality traits of our signs, but not really the daily horoscopes (even though they are fun to read). I am a Virgo with a lot of Taurus influences and it's pretty dead on. My BF is a Taurus which is probably why we get along so well.

Good morning everyone!

It is WINDY here in CT today! I love it though. I remember days like this growing up in New England.

QOTD: No I am not a believer.

I weighed in at 181.6?? You are kidding me, LOL! I even logged my food on My Fitness Pal. I believe what did it was about 4pm I was so hungry that I felt like I was going to pass out, so I ate some almonds. But now that I think about it, that couldn't be it because I had already fit that into my plan.

Anyway, today I was able to fit into a sweatshirt dress (size M/M) my daughter gave me for Christmas. It was too tight before! YAY! I wore it with skinny jeans and over the knee boots.

MENU:

EARLY MORNING: COFFEE, COFFEE, COFFEE

BREAKFAST: 1 cup of cottage cheese w/ 2 tbsp of SF blackberry jam

LUNCH: 3 slices of deli ham, 1 slice of Sargento Cheddar cheese and spicy brown mustard

DINNER: Grilled steak (4oz), raw red pepper strips

SNACK: 1 serving of honey roasted almonds - 9 grams of carbs

QOTD: When I was a kid, there was a phone number you could call and get your daily Astrology. We used to call it all the time. I do believe in it somewhat. I am a Leo but my birthday falls right on the cusp of Leo and Cancer. I have traits of both but like mentioned before, I could somehow relate to all of the signs so I don't know

Good morning everyone!

I've been busy with appointments this week, which has been good but threw me off my routine a little which kept me from staying in touch here. Wow did I miss a lot. Admittedly I'm disappointed to see so many people withdraw themselves from the boards here and especially as it seems to be the ones who lead us and stressed the importance of staying involved and accountable. I'm not questioning their decisions as everyone is free to post or not, and I'm not suggesting that the rest of us, who are clearly out of the loop, are owed any type of explanation but I know I'm not alone in hoping we get one or better yet see their return.

Today I'm hoping to get my BF out riding with me for the 6th day in a row. I finally convinced him to ride his bike while I walk and he's been out there with me once a day which has been great. Yesterday was a rough day for my pouch and I'm not sure why. So far today has just been fluids which is normal for me but I feel a little hesitant about solids for some reason. Guess we'll see how the day plays out.

QOTD I'm a Taurus and although I don't read daily horoscopes I do find astrology interesting and I have read quite a bit about my sign. I have found a lot of the individual sign descriptions to be very accurate for both myself and my family members.

B- coffee w/ sf hazelnut

Good morning all - bladder woke me up this morning so I won't be the last poster today...lol

My astrological sign is Cancer. I am not a believer, but I do have alot of traits that are correct. I will read my horoscope if I come across it in a paper, magazine etc.

Day 4 pre-op

2 protein shakes

4 ounces chicken breast

2 cups riced cauliflower and broccoli

2 cups low sodium chicken broth

1 cup beef bone broth

1 cup low sodium beef broth

2 sugar free jello-o cups

Will add totals when I'm up for the day.

Calories - 750, Protein - 127, Carbs - 31

Good Thursday morning menu gang! I am late posting. My oldest daughter had her one year physical today so that took forever but she is healthy so I can't complain. Thank you for getting the thread going this morning you are doing a great job!! It is sun shiny but cool here this morning.

QOTD- I don't follow them but I am a Scorpio. And everything I see that pops up on facebook is true about the traits lol.

Time since surgery 11 months 146.6 this morning. The scale has been good to me this week and I am very excited.

B- 1 Piece of bacon and 1/2 scrambled egg

L- 2 oz. Grilled Chiken with 1 tsp. of homemade ranch

D- 2 oz Ribeye

S- Not sure I am not very hungry today
