What's on your menu today (Thursday) RNYers?
When I started dating my husband at 21, I was in the 170s to 180s and thought I was so fat! By the time we got married I was at 210, and when I got pregnant with our first child I was 225. 2 more children and a sedentary job really packed the pounds on. About 8 years ago, I was up to 275 and managed to lose 50. I gained all that back plus some to get to 280, then I lost 60 and regained 70. So my highest weight was 294. I can barely remember being in the 100s and shopping in regular clothing stores. I remember my mom taking me to adult stores when I was 10 because kids clothes were too small. It will be so nice to just go in to a regular store and buy something in a normal size.

I can't remember being in the 100's eiterh, but I remember it felt good. I also can't wait to shop in regular stores and not online! To be able to try everything on will be great. No more returns!!

QOTD: Scorpio, don't pay a lot of attention to it though. My sister was born on my first birthday and we are so very different, probably has to do with that moon thing Karen posted about. No clue.
B: Fairlife with coffee and Miralax, Premier Protein chocolate with more coffee
L: Dannon Greek Peach yogurt, salad with diced ham and lite ranch dressing
D: Homemade chicken soup
S: Beef jerky coins, chocolate protein pudding with cool whip, Diet Cran mango
Totals: 670 calories 87 protein 45 carbs 16 fat

Hi daizymom
I am always late to the party! One more day, one more day until Friday! My gym is being renovated and it was so weird being there with all the walls blown out. It's going to be great when they get it done. Building an outdoor pool and everything. I love Zumba and being the goofy one in the class. Goofy as they go left and I go right. Not intentional
Eating is going well!
Breakfast - 2 egg omelet with salsa
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - chicken tenders and broccoli

I tried Zumba for weeks and could not get it!! I'm so uncoordinated and just as I would finally would get a move down, they would move on. It was the same for aerobics in the old days, I guess it's just not for me!

Hi Ymaliz,
You should see me, when everyone goes right I go left. When they dip I scoop It's the one dance workout that should be fun no matter what. I have heard from others they feel uncomfortable doing Zumba. I really think it's the group you work out with. Try again with another group and see. Never, have I ever been made to feel bad for not having any coordination or messing up.
OH and I never, ever hop or jump Bad knees... so I just shuffle

I think doing Zumba with you would be fun!! I would be laughing so hard and maybe I wouldn't care so much! I did enjoy the class, just felt like the biggest dork!! Maybe I will give it another try

I highly recommend trying out the Beachbody programs. I have 2 left feet, but dancng to their videos gives me time to figure it all out. There are lots of other programs too. Only $100 for the year and all the programs can be done in your living room.
