Good morning!
It's wet and foggy here in CT too. I felt like calling out this morning because I was so tired from all the allergy meds I had to take last night. Plants and blooms popping up all over on the warmer days and I certainly felt it yesterday. I've already had 5 cups of coffee (no sugar)! I am so drowsy and tired, I wish I could just go home and sleep.
QOTD: My phone is one thing I would have to go back and get. I sometimes wish I didn't have to carry it but I do need it for my family. No privacy on work phone, and this issue of no privacy is so aggravating but at least I have a job!
MENU TODAY:
Coffee, coffee, coffee, (at home with splash or two of french vanilla creamer, 2 cups & at work with 2% milk)
Water
BREAKFAST:
Deli ham & cheddar cheese (1) slice roll ups with 4 green olives and spicy brown mustard
LUNCH:
Deli ham & cheddar cheese (1) slice roll ups with 4 green olives and spicy brown mustard
SNACK:
Small MacIntosh apple

EVENING SNACK:
Almonds or Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt

Good morning menu gang! Thank you for getting the thread up and started. It is suppose to be severe weather here today so I am not looking forward to that at all. Just ready for 100 degree temps and I will be one happy cookie.
QOTD- My telephone and water. I have my phone at all times now since I have two children that drive. And I get cotton mouth if I dont have water or tea at all times.
Time since surgery 11 months 147.8 this morning (7.8 pounds and I will be at my goal)
B- 1 pc. Bacon and 1/2 scrabled egg
L- 2 oz Grilled Chicken Breast with 1 tsp A.1.
D- 2 oz Beef Stew
S- Not sure, I am not one bit interested in food today!

GOOD MORNING!!! Today Zach and I got up at 5:00 to take the dogs out for our usual morning routine but it's a whopping 1 degree today soooo I think we're allowed to take a pass. Hopefully it warms up! I start my new job today!! I'm nervous and excited, it's the first time in over a decade that I will no longer be self-employed but this place just feels like a good fit for me so I'm happy.
QOTD: I will always go back for my phone because I schedule clients remotely from it. It's been so many years of keeping that thing close by that I feel like it's physically attached to me haha!
B: tiny bit of almond milk in my coffee, vanilla syntrax
L: dragon fruit syntrax (not my favorite but I have a whole canister of it)
S: Cherry Greek yogurt.. or maybe halo top ice cream (I can't help it! Don't judge.. But feel free to tell me to tighten up the rule bending haha)
D: either tofu or leftover turkey stir fry
E: if it doesn't warm up, I might take a day off
V: Patches d3/calcium, iron, multi v

Good Morning daizymom and fellow RNY'ers
Sending good thoughts and hugs to all my fellow members in the midwest I have forgotten my phone before and didn't freak but I guess that would be the one thing I would want with me for emergency reason and GPS. I get lost going to the grocery store
Breakfast - oatmeal with flax seed and a few cranberries
Snack - Protein drink
Lunch - grill chicken and spinach
Dinner - salmon patty and mashed cauliflower with galic and butter
I have been working out at the gym with the new TRX straps. At my age strength and balance is more important than what I look like in a bathing suit. You get a great workout using your body weight. Try it you may like it! Have a Great Day Everyone!
