Yikes, I was clueless about any drama...! Guess I managed to miss those posts. Well, I'm posting late because I got busy this morning and then couldn't log in for a while, like the site was down? I'm getting twitchy!

Breakfast- banana chocolate peanut butter shake. Yeah. It wasn't that great, lol.
Lunch- awesome wrap with hummus, deli roast beef, onion, roasted red pepper, and arugula. And a piece of sugar free gum because I smelled so pretty.
snack- hot tea, half a protein bar, baby bell cheese for later because dinner will be late.
Dinner- pancakes, of course! Well, not for me. Ok, maybe a bite. I mean, tomorrow is a fast day in my house. But mostly I will stick to sausage links and maybe cook an egg.

Good late afternoon! It was a busy morning followed by not being able to log on... Not feeling great. I'm stressed, tired and achy lately. I had hoped taking yesterday off would be the ticket, but it just wasn't enough...

along with Thai beef lean cuisine ( 7 grams fat )
wine spritzers
i did have a couple of apricot- green tea organic gummy bears from Starbucks also a small of dark chocolate skinny cow goo- goo clusters I ran across in my handbag .

Believe it or not yes .. and they promised me this afternoon it would be gone . But it takes a while... maybe ..
i honestly believe after speaking with the administration that the offense being caused is not intentional.. rather it's just inhumane "policy" being implemented across the board.
Frequent posters, familiar members and vets are being treated like spammers which thank God seems to the only major problem of the site they tell me ( I'd love to believe that but then why is there still no chat years after a dangerous troll was finally blocked? )
the problem the way it's being explained to me is that the moderators send out e mails saying do this to end the moderation .
If they don't get a reply they assume you're a spammer .. which is nuts in my opinion and either block you or keep you on perpetual moderation. So really your only recourse is to call .
I personally have never received most of the emails they claimed they sent and I also sent a lot out to the email address - Zero response! So .. if you're unfairly moderated .. call

Today I got my 12 week botox treatment for my migraines - and delivered Girl Scout Cookies to my co-workers. It's great to see them and I'm excited to return to work in a couple weeks (13 days if we're being specific LOL). For a weird work reason I got pushed out to 7 weeks on disability - it will be great if the disability paperwork ever gets processed - 5 weeks post op and still no disability from the state. I'm joking that it'll probably get handled when it's time for me to go back to work... but that's probably realistic LOL
As for jokes - it's kinda corny, and specific - Safeway is a grocery chain on the West Coast.
Q: How do you fit and elephant into a Safeway Bag?.... wait for confused look, respond "Take the S out of Safe, and the F out of way"
You'll likely hear... "Afe.... ???"
Then you respond, you take the S out of Safe, so "Afe"... and the F out of Way.... people almost always need to hear "There's no f in way.... there's no f'ing way."
Also, weighed in and hit 25 pound lost today! I'm 5 weeks and one day out and I'm perfectly happy with that! All sorts of great responses/greetings visiting work, excited to return in a little while.
Menu today is the same old, but it works!
B - cup almond milk plus scoop unjury chocolate splendor
S - half of cup of ff sf pudding, made with fairlife skim milk and a scoop of unflavored protein powder
L - 1.5 ounces of tuna and 1 ounce of light miracle whip
S - other half of cup of pudding
D - Tossing together a fresh batch of ricotta bake soon :D
S - light and fit greek yogurt if need more protein :D
Let me see if I can remember what I ate yesterday. potato knish ( 2 one for breakfast one as a pre dinner snack) three ounces 75% fat free cheddar with breakfast.
I also snacked on a plateful of fat free vegetarian " egg roll filling " ( basically decorated cabbage ) at nite .
Rotisserie chicken breast slices for lunch with coriander fat free mayonnaise.
Chai tea lattes
wine spritzers ( like three)
Made sheperds pie very low fat for dinner ate the knish while it was baking then picked at it lol. Will probably eat some for lunch.
- Thats about it.. and I actually got my ( very complicated) tax appeals in on time so I'm proud!

- NSV- my jeans feel like sweatpants and need a belt to stay up - my smallest bras are comfy enuf to fall asleep in :)
