Yesterday's menu: B: coffee L: cottage cheese and sf jam D: baked chicken thigh's and veg's
Need to cut back on my fat. I know many do higher fats but for me and my plan it needs to be lower :(
Good morning everyone. I FINALLY HIT the 140's!!!!!!!!!!! I weighed in this morning at 148.2 my goal is so stinking close I feel like I could reach out and touch it!
QOTD-- You wanna hear a dirty joke??? The white horse fell in a mud puddle! hahahaha!
B- 1/2 Scrambled egg and 1 piece of bacon
L- 2 oz Grilled Chicken with Ginger sauce
D- 2 oz Grilled Chicken with a tsp of BBQ sauce
S- Bacon

Congrats on your success! We had the same surgery weight so I pay a little extra attention to your progress and it's amazing! Definitely deserving of some new shoes!
