Oh my gosh.  You have had a heck of a winter out there!  I live near Oregon City. LOVE the Gorge.  Whenever I visit I fantasize about living out there.  It's beautiful.  But my work and my husband's work requires us to be closer into town.

I forgot I ate a piece of fat free homemade banana bread last nite before freezing the rest .

this morning - 3 ounces cabots extra light ( 75 percent fat free cheddar cheese ) 

2 chai tea lattes with fat free powdered milk

lunch - naked enchilada ( re fried beans fat free cheese sauce tomatoes cilantro onion topped with fat free American cheese slices. 

Im going to try to eat some of the rotisserie chicken breast later but I fear it's too fatty for me and I'm skieving it . 

Cleaning and digging holes in the garden 

I had a few at free buffalo chicken / fat free melted cheese roll ups as an afternoon snack and dinner is. A raw veggie salad with extremely low fat warm peanut dressing . Also a few wine spritzers .

Good afternoon,

QOTD I subscribed to the local newspaper and too many magazines that i have a box of. Trying to cut out renewing them. People, guidepost, dr. Oz, aarp are a few i get.

B spinach, yellow pepper,  ham and cheese omelet and string cheese

L tuna, baby carrots and raisins 

D pork and vegetable soup 

S Greek yogurt,  turkey sausage snack sticks and cutie orange.

Hello everyone,

Did all my cooking for the week today. Did a 2" Rib eye on the grill, grilled tilapia, eggs, turkey sausage, lunches and snacks.

I used to subscribe to Consumer Reports and I've been thinking of subscribing to it on line.

B: 2 eggs, turkey sausage, 1/2 slice od cheese

L: 3oz turkey breast,

S: 1 1/2 oz turkey breast

D: 2 1/2 oz rib eye, 10 mussels w/oil & garlic

S: 1/2 plain chobani yogurt

Cals:638, Carbs:8, Protein: 83
