Oh god! Lol! Forgot QOTD:
I'm still shaking it up and I am pretty boring about it since I go for quick and convenient BUT my new favorite thing is to go to a coffee shop and get espresso over ice in a cold cup and pour one of my chocolate or vanilla shakes over it because it's like having a an iced latte/mocha. It's a coffee and meal in one! :-D
You'll be surprised to hear this, but my protein shake recipe was very complex. I measured 12 ounces of milk, weighed out my serving of chocolate whey powder, and shook.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

QOTD: My surgeon preferred that we don't use shakes early on but awhile back during the summer months I was having the pure protein banana shake with PB2 and ice all mixed in a blender for lunch.
Menu: B: latte, egg beaters, turkey sausage links and 1/2 an orange L: chicken and avocado lettuce wrap, a few sweet potato fries and 2 onion ring (we were at a little diner) S: latte, yogurt and jerky D: TBD S: decaf latte
E: 7 miles this morning
Water and vits are on track.
