From a quick glance, your protein and B12 are lower than you'd like and your ferritin is in the toilet.  Do you have your previous results?  Trends are more important than one set of results

As you can see, you are in real trouble with your ferritin.  You need to get an appt with a hematologist for some iron infusions - self refer or get a referral stat!!

Your B12 is consistently low.  How do you take it, sublingual or shots?  You need to double it until you get a lot nearer 1000.  You could be doing nerve damage at these consistently low numbers.

You need to try work on your protein numbers too, are you eating well?

All in all, you need to take better care of yourself and be consistent on your DAILY vitamin regime.  Honestly, you must feel awful with just the iron and B12 levels.  You'll be shocked how good you can feel when you get these resolved.

No need for bariatric vitamins.  Good quality multis, Centrum, Kirkland brand,  up to double what your doing for your B12, and get retested in 3 months, get some iron infusions then move on to heme iron to maintain after.  You NEED to do this now!!!!!

ok, yes wow after looking at my results it has gone down tremendously! Why hasn't this caused alarm for my PCP?

I was taking sublingual b12 2500 mcg once a day, then my b12 went over 1500 so they told me to do 2-3 x a week....ok I will start taking it again.

I think I eat fairly well, I try and eat protein first- I will go back to protein shakes like I did at beginning for awhile

Yes I agree, thank you for pointing that out this has been something that I just let slip and shouldn't have....  I feel like I have little energy, but thought that it was from eating too much junk over the holidays....

Thank you again for your feedback and suggestions!!  I am going out tonight for vitamins!!  My doc wants me to start on prenatal vits, so I am assuming an OTC prenatal is fine? what brand of heme iron?

Not sure why he wants you on prenatal other than its use to treat anaemia.  You are WAY too far gone for that elastoplast!!!!   A good quality multi will be just fine if you get your iron and B12 sorted.   Don't forget you need to take twice as many as a normie, so check how many is recommended daily and you'll need to double that.

I use Proferrin heme iron, I order it online, which is great.  It's gentle on your stomach and the best absorbed iron there is.  It is pricey, I spend about $55 for 90, but I only have to take 1 per day.  Before I started on this, I had to have infusions every 12-18 months, which with my insurance is very spendy.

Now, go call a hematologist!!!!??

Then absolutely get a prenatal and get these levels sorted so you can be as healthy as possible before getting pregnant.  I'm a midwife, btw, but haven't practised for a while.

Also, what d3 would you recommend?

I take 1 x dry D3 50,000 iu per week.  Some people take more, others less.  Mine are Biotech brand D3-50 and I get them on Amazon.

If you do start on these, go slowly and make sure you get tested after 8-12 weeks, too high numbers are as bad as too low!!!    This is not a vitamin to take willy nilly and your number is not horrendous, it just needs a little tweak
