I look like I am going to pop. 3 days post operation and letting out very little gas.

Walking about every hour, used miralax but upsets my stomach, using gas x and nothing...

Any suggestions?

Sorry, those first few days were pretty brutal.  Try Milk of Magnesia as an alternative to the Miralax.  I know I took GasX/simethicone chewables like clockwork those first 2 weeks.  It'll eventually start coming out.  I remember trying different positions, like bending over something in hopes that a little pressure would help.

Rumbling is good, keep sipping and walking. Sometimes it takes a week or so for a BM

It's not gas like you normall have gas. They inflate you like a balloon during surgery. So, it doesn't pass like intestinal gas.

Keep walking and drinking. It will sort itself out.

Congratulations on your surgery....  As Grim said the best thing you can do is move/walk and it will go away.  Take it one day at a time and it WILL get better

I had surgery the same day as you. The gas pain was horrible yesterday. I have been walking a lot too. What helped last night was getting on all 4s and rocking back and forth. It worked well.
