My PeachPie Purse NSV... Just for you Peach! LOL

So... my hubs bought me this purse a couple of Christmas's ago... I do love it, and it's a nice leather handbag... but when he first gave it to me, I was bummed because that smaller strap in the picture wouldn't go over my shoulder with one hand... and I just always assumed they just made it to be carried either on your arm, or you used the longer strap that you can also see...

It never dawned on me until I read Peach's post about the purses going over her shoulder that could be the possibility with this purse. I do like the longer strap because the purse sits more at a hip height, but at times, it bugs me too...

So, anyway, I pull this purse out, stuff it full and go on my way... using the long strap... until I started thinking about Peach's post! So, I grabbed it the other day and tried to swing it up on my shoulder with the short strap... and I'll be damned, that thing fits now!!!

So this is my official Peach-Purse NSV!!

I can use EITHER strap now, and I LOVE that! I hadn't ever considered that purse shopping could change with weight loss... I guess it's another avenue I can check out  My pocketbook may not be as impressed

I'm so glad I read this! I have a bag I really liked but stopped using because it wouldn't go over my shoulder. I threw it in the back of the closet instead of giving away a couple of years ago because it was expensive and I thought I still might want to carry it.  I just found it in the bottom of the closet and (drumroll)... it fits just fine over my shoulder!
