I just want to say thank you!
it meant so much to me when you encouraged me about my surgery. I was feeling dow and nervous. I had the procedure and it wasn't as bad as I thought. Thanks for keeping me positive.
Hi Stargazer Lily,
I am so proud of you and all of us that said enough is enough and tried one more time. You got this and please stay in touch!
Be sure and take photos once a month, log your measurements and make a note in your journaling or blogging how better and stronger you are felling. Make a note on the decreases in your meds your doctor will order as your weight goes down. When the scale slows down and or stops for a short time (and it will) you will need these non scale victories to keep you motivated. Trust me, I had a 9 week stahl and they helped me big time.
Take care,
Kathy
