Stall - What am I doing wrong?
There is absolutely no need to "introduce a few carbs". In fact, I would lay off most of the veggies and fruit this early on, and watch the sugar content of your yogurt and cottage cheese servings too. Milk sugar is still sugar. Veggie carbs are still carbs. Keep daily carb counts under 50g per the ASMBS... and if your doctor or nutritionist tells you otherwise, ask them why they don't follow evidence and research-based medical practice?

While many people hit stalls early on, just an FYI I never did. May have to do with limiting how often I weighed myself, or other factors... but I don't want people thinking everyone has a stall.

No need for jealousy lol... I have plenty other issues... magnesium deficiency, IBS, reactive hypoglycemia, to name a few...
But I am also fit and happy, and have maintained that for a few years now, so I accept your kudos!
