Happy Friday-Eve! So much happy in a single post-made me smile. 

QOTD: The last thing I did for myself was go to the gym. I know it's part of my routine but I do it for me. And next, I am thinking of adding an extra day to my vacation that is supposed to start on Tuesday and I am thinking of requesting Monday..ya know just for me!

Time since surgery: 2 years, 6 months

B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links

L: Albacore tuna mixed with spicy mustard and baby carrots

S: SF latte, Mixed berry Yoplait Greek 100 yogurt, jerky pack and 100 cal pack of cashews

D: TJ turkey burger topped with shredded cheese, cottage cheese and green beans

S: decaf latte

E: 7 miles this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1131 Protein:136 Carbs:88 Fat:27

I have been known to take strategically placed days off that might just happen to coincide with the kids being in school, and hubs being out of town... They are my favorite days to take off!
