Did you really run 3 miles on Day 4? I don't think I can do this, yet!?

Hmm, I am not sure what I am doing. I have the app ratio set at 1 minute walk/1 minute run, which is fine. I can actually do more and I have been pushing through some of the walk times... But I took a screen shot of what the app says I am supposed to do on Day 4 of Week 1--no intervals--just a 3 mile run?
There's still an interval of 1 walk/1 run for 3 miles. When I started, I wasn't near a 1/1 ratio, but you're more fit than I was. Do you think you can do a 1/1 interval for 3 miles? If so, that's what I'd do. Also, don't skip the walk. The walk is the whole point of his method. His point is to use the walk for recovery, which will now let you go farther without burning out. If you feel that 1/1 is too easy, go to 2 run/1 walk but continue with intervals.
