Adorable shoes!   I think you just woke up my shopping demon, I want to go shopping now.

Breakfast:  Egg bites and turkey sausage.

Lunch: Turkey meatballs and marinara sauce

Dinner: Turkey taco bowl.

Snacks 1&2: Greek Yogurt and Turkey Pepperoni

Water: Definitely down.  I am not getting a lot of fluids in period, so I need to focus a little more on that.

Vitamins: On track.

Exercise:  While I am keeping my active calories up, I have missed my nightly workout due to the weather.  Now that it has passed (for the most part) I plan on getting back on track with that.

I hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning! JB I love your shoes and as others have said- heels look great with jeans. Now that I've lost 40 lbs, heels don't cause as much discomfort and I wore a pair at church on Sunday.  I guess that's an NSV. :)

Today I will probably wear my black *****y heel shoes. They're not high and go with just about anything.  They're also super comfy so I've been wearing them a lot.  No snow so my boots are in hibernation for a bit. I'm sure we will have a couple more snowstorms before we're done.

I made another batch of homemade yogurt yesterday.  It's straining now.  Everyone liked the 1st batch so I made a bigger one this time. I'm still amazed by how easy it is.

I've been looking at recipes this morning to get some ideas for easy dinners and packed lunches when I go back to work on Monday.  I've never been one to do a lot of meal prep but I think/know this will be the time to start.

B: Greek yogurt with a mix-in but haven't decided what to have with it yet

L: Vanilla Protein Shake

D: Chicken with cauliflower rice

Hope everyone has a great day. And thanks for starting us off JB!

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.

Hey all!

thanks for starting thread. Short weeks for me are so hard. having brain overload on how much I have to get done. worked some more last night and still feel overworked/not accomplishing stuff.

Lots of projects due of course at the same time. OH- I got my 4 bag potato planted last night, man gardening is good exercise and fun but hard. I have 4 sacks (2 red potato and 2 yukon) DH wanted potato so that is why I'm growing them. OH and last night he informed me he wanted to 'try' an experiment in the garden bed by doing 'his' version of the garden. a whole 4 x 4 experiment on a garden which i have been researching and planning for months. tying to get better about 'control' issues and change, but seriously, I have spent tons of time getting the order of the plants down, growing seedlings, etc. I wasn't super happy about this. Maybe we will just add another 4 x 4 bed and he can muck it all up his own way when it is a hot mess.

QOTD, I'm wearing carhart merino wool blend socks... yep- if i need to go outside I'm wearing a pair of cuche leather flip flops that I have fallen in love with since last year. It IS harder to walk in them with the socks but I'm an 80 year old-ing today on style- lol

Food- yesterday went quite well until I realized my GNC chocolate protein bar stats on MFP was counting net carbs. SOOO- not cool. So I was higher on carbs and the scale rewarded me with a loss. (vacation pound weight is gone- yay!)

Today's plan- making hard boiled eggs, my homemade yogurt, crack chicken for dinner.

Love the shoes, but alas even with 100+ pounds gone, my back still kills me if I wear anything more than a tiny (1" or so) heel.  Comfy slip on flats for me today with my cords.  It was cold this morning, but supposed to be in the 60's by this afternoon and 70 tomorrow - crazy for February in PA but I will definitely take it.

B:  Protein Coffee

L:  3.5 oz. meatloaf

S:  1/2 c. Greek LnF Yougurt, 1/2 scoop protein powder, 1/2 T PB2

Good morning JB and gang.  Thanks for starting us out this morning.  My hubby is in Memphis, so I'm flying single mom style this week, which means that I didn't even get a shower this morning, My hair is filthy and I forgot to brush my teeth (thank goodness for sugar free gum).  I didn't pack a lunch, and apparently I have ruined my 3 year olds life.  He was so upset this morning because I picked up his lunch box and took it into the kitchen to pack a snack for him while he's at my moms, that he stood on a chair crying uncontrollably telling me "You ruined my life".  I honestly laughed hysterically while trying to coax him down and get him ready to go.  Puppy was hanging off of my leg, and he peed on the carpet in the family room before I could get him outside.

JBQOTD:  So, when I got hired in to this company I'm at, policy was business casual with jeans on Fridays.  But they just changed the policy to full casual, all the time.  I can wear jeans whenever I want.  They do this because our biggest client, one of the Big 3 Auto Companies, has a very casual dress code as well and they all wear jeans.  Of course, we are expected to dress up when appropriate, so if we are going to visit with a client who is more formal, we would obviously dress for the meeting.  It's nice to not have to worry about a work wardrobe anymore.

I snapped a pic of the boots that I'm wearing today.  I got these at Walmart for $20.

18 months 3 weeks since surgery

B: Ricotta, turkey pepperoni egg cup.  Coffee with SF coffeemate

L: Unknown, I didn't pack but have a lot of healthy options locally, I'll choose wisely.

D: Again, no plan.  I feel like I'm just running non-stop.  I did go to Kroger last night and picked up a couple of Cod filets for dinner.  My kids loved them, and my little one ate so well.  He really does love baked cod.

S: didn't bring anything, but I think that if I'm needing something this afternoon I'll eat one of the egg cups that I have chilling in the fridge here for breakfast this week.

No totals yet, I'll try to update as I go.  Not feeling like going crazy with food today, just yet anyway.

dog pees on the carpet, kid'  hope things calm down for you.s crying over nothing, and you have to rush out without brushing teeth.  Why did this make me laugh so hard?  I am so sorry, but I guess it reminds me that my house (with 4 kids and pets) is not the only chaotic place in the morning.  "Where are your SHOES!  You're going to miss the BUS!" is something heard at least once a week in my house.  :)
