OK first off you are killing it! Love the jeans and the heels... Right now I am barefoot but I just took off a pair of funky Tom ballerina flats I own...

Sooooo very excited I got a pair of real running shoes at a real running store yesterday...had my feet calculated with one of those computer pads and then they had me go one the treadmill so they could evaluate my gait.... and the amazing thing they actually had 3 pairs of size 12s that actually fit my foot profile for me to choose from.....not just random size 12s... I am gearing myself up mentally to try running...

Since it is late in the day I will save some of my gab for tomorrow... when someone will actually see it... :)

Thought I was through the jet lag, but apparently not...didn't get to sleep until 4am and slept through all my alarms this morning... have a loooong corporate compliance training tonight....

B: Premier protein (not my usual but was running out door- not even coffee ugh)

S: Coffee Latte with Fairlife and Miralax

L: Eggbeater omelet with Brie and bacon

S: TJ roast turkey

D: at meeting?

S: depends what I eat at meeting... chocolate chai latte probably and maybe yogurt

Heels with jeans is always classic, love it! I am wearing one pair of my New Balance sneakers. I'm in LOVE with the style number 715 and have four pairs of them in different colors in an effort to match various scrubs I wear at my day job. 

Menu today: 

B - cup unsweetened almond milk plus scoop unjury chocolate splendor protein powder. 

S - same as breakfast

L - 2 tbsp refried beans, 1 tbsp of reduced fat cheese, 0.5 tbsp of picante mild salsa

S - light and fit strawberry yogurt

D - Anderson Pea Soup (1/4 cup)

S - protein shake if needed to hit daily goal.

Good evening all... Another busy day at work.  Quick post then I got to get to packing half a day at work tomorrow and we are heading half way to DC.  We are staying in Allentown, PA and then get to we get to see our daughters play this weekend... I am very excited to see her play but I am more excited to just give her a hug.  

QOTD:  I did not see the question when I actually had shoes on today but I had on my boring old Dansko clogs today.  I am suck a wild woman you know.

Food for the day:

B:  Hard boiled egg white and 2 slices of bacon

L: 2 oz ham and slice of cheese

D:  who knows have not even gotten that far yet.

JB, sorry you had a crappy day at work today! On positive note, you are doing so great with going to the gym and prepping for the marathon.

QOTD: I'm just wearing my New Balance 855 with the roller bar for extra stability. This really helps with my knees and flat feet.

B: 2 eggs, turkey sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese

L: 3oz turkey breast, 1/2oz salami

S:2 1/2 oz turkey pastraimi

D: 1 1/2 oz shrimp, 2 1/2 corrando spiral ham

S: 1/2 chobani plain yogurt

Cals:678, Carbs: 8, Protein:88
