What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Good Morning all!! Thanks JB for stepping in. Undermining co-workers are insecure with their own performance, in my opinion.
QOTD: No shoes at all for me. I'm home all day, and I prefer bare feet! I do cover them up with a soft, fuzzy blanket at night.

Good Morning all. Yesterday turned out pretty bad eating wise for me. I mean I stuck with proteins at least (besides 2 Girl Scout cookies-but happily the last 2). I just over ate FOR SURE!! My usual problem, had too much down time on my hands! I don't know how people who don't get to leave the house all day do it!! I think if I was at home working I would no doubt gain weight back. Better get this under control before retirement. Not that I don't have plenty of time for that. Here's to today being better than yesterday and making better choices. QOTD: shoes for today will be Sketchers Walk 3. Easy on and off and comfy enough for work I have today.
Smart casual, I hate "dress codes" that don't mean anything! Actually, they usually make me laugh. When people asked me about what to wear to our wedding, I told them "upscale brunch" because WTF does that mean?!
Your pumps are hot, girl! I love a pointy toe. Today I'm wearing fuchsia, pointy-toe, suede ballet flats. Now that it's drizzling I'm regretting it a bit, but I love these shoes. In a bit I'll have to switch them out for my "work boots" as I have a meeting at the construction site, but that's ok - at least today I'm wearing pants. Yesterday I got called to the site last minute and was there in a dress and the boots which was comical.
Time since surgery: 2 years + 11 months
B: baked egg and coffffffeeeee
S: Siggi's
L: cottage cheese and an apple with PB
S: nuts and string cheese, of course
D: a frittata with artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, bacon, and goat cheese!
S: popcorn? Halo Top? we'll see
V/W: on track
E: sWorkit stretching and a 1 mile interval indoor walk video from YouTube, at home yoga this evening?
I discovered last evening that Apple Watch thinks knitting is steps! I suspected it on Monday, but experimented to confirm last night and low and behold - 2 hours of knitting was SIX THOUSAND STEPS! Must remember to take my watch off when I sit down to knit LOL

Ice cream eating definitely is a funny one! My old, old, old Fitbit Flex also thought knitting was steps, but with the One and Alta I didn't have to worry about it.

Good morning JB and menu friends, Love your shoes Julia. I think heels look best with skinny jeans.
So I'm pretty proud of myself and excited. Yesterday I joined a gym and worked out. I did the 30 min circuit training. The gym is planet fitness. They have so much to offer and the price is so reasonable. I've been struggling with mindless snacking and I'm hoping that this will motivate me to stay focused .
QOTD : Today I will wear my Ugg boots outside and at the gym I'll wear Merrell running shoes and at work I'll wear my skechers. It's all about comfort for these knees. I love heels and wish I could wear them.
