Would this cause dumping?
A bigger issue than dumping is RH, reactive hypoglycemia. It's connected to simple carbs, which is what any of these substitute sweet recipes are. The sugar itself doesn't matter, it's the overall carbs. And all of this stuff is really high.
You are more apt to spend a lot more time wishing you could end the misery from RH than you will dumping.
Do yourself a favor, and get out of this mindset. Sure, you can have a little something on major occasions. 6 or 8 times a year. But start thinking that you need something like this pretty much every day, you'll feel horrible, and up up regaining your weight. It isn't worth it.

I have to agree with what everyone has said. Especially with rachelp & Grim.
Your mind set will completely change after you have surgery.
Your focus will be vitamins, protein, water... As you progress through each stage of eating from clear to full fluids & then puréed to soft, all you are going to think about is surviving the hear & now...
Focus on losing the weight and then a plan to keep it off.
Making sugar free anything doesn't necessarily mean reduced calories... Don't waste your time looking into that.
Focus on looking for recipes for soups that are high in protein.
I am (7) weeks out and quite honestly do not desire all those amazing desserts that made me obese.
That is the beauty of a RNY....
Love it!!!
Take care & good luck!

Thank you everyone for your responses! You are 100% right. I need to get out of that mindset of needing something sweet. Thanks for kicking me in the butt!!
