Good morning Daisy and menu friends.

What a beautiful weekend, the weather is supposed to continue this week.  I survived my first week of work. I'm still really tired, I'm sure hoping my stamina improves as time goes by.

QOTD :  Sorry to hear that your feeling off Daisy. When I'm feeling this way I tend to want to be alone. I need extra sleep as well. I guess given enough time I finally figure out what I need to do.

Menu

B 1 egg omlett, 15 grams of cheddar 2 oz of ham

L Protein Drink

D 2 oz of ground chicken, 2 oz of spaghetti sauce

S 3 / 4 cup of plain Greek yogurt

Totals

660 calories. 79.5 grams of protein

Have a good day everyone

Good morning menu buddies!

Oh Daisy I'm so sorry, I know how that feels....ugh.  I'm definitely someone who loses sleep when I'm stressed....it's gotten better since I had my meds adjusted and I started using the sleep patches.  I hope things improve for you soon.   Yesterday was a busy day, I had to take a bunch of pictures of my artwork, set up the listings, and post them for sale.  I sold every single new sculpture I put up...it always feels good when that happens.  Today I'm in shipping hell...the least favorite part of the process.  I'm neck deep in making labels, packing material and boxes, but it's worth it in the end and I'm proud of this small business I've built with my own two hands.   I'll get a break when I run the kiddo to his OT appointment and to school at least....and when I exercise.  I started my trial with The Daily Burn yesterday and I loved the first video....I'm looking forward to the next one, it's short and effective and that's what I need.

QOTD:  When I'm feeling out of sorts I usually either sleep, or I find something creative to do....usually sculpting, it relaxes me and lets me just focus on something other than the 50 bajillion things bouncing around in my brain.

I'm back!! We got back sat night- sunday took mom to german restaurant, picked up groceries, then yesterday went to my first therapist session, shopping, then group monthly support. support was great/therapist was also. It was a heavy mind thinking kind of day. I love those days but all the thoughts can be overwhelming and take time to assimilate.

my latest super find was a halston mens suede like sport coat for DH, it was $1!!! couldn't believe it. and 3 pair of citizens of humanity jeans for me- $2 and $1 each. Yippee guess it is time for another clothing purge.

QOTD: I usually try to do a bit more yoga and meditation.

Food for today: egg whites, coffee, carrots, roast in faux sous vide (trying the non attachment method), more low carb veggies, maybe tuna with bolthouse dressing, plain coleslaw, radishes.

Gonna jump on here before I read anyone else's responses, off to my 9 month check up at 9am... am I crazy for not drinking/eating a thing before I go? I'm going to be chugging water all day trying to catch up, and my coffee!!!! There will be a Starbucks skinny latte in my future as soon as I get out of the office... I've already mapped out the closest one!! I want to be under/at 150 with clothes on... this morning I was 148.6... ugh, why do we do things like this to ourselves???!

Daisy, I really hope you get some good quality sleep, and soon!!! I rarely have issues with sleep, but the hubs does... and it really affects his mood. Sleep affects so many things in our lives... so I'll be swinging chickens that you get some, and soon!

QOTD: I like to go off by myself for a few hours... I've been known to go to a bar and have a drink and sit there and just play on my phone, and not talk to a soul... I've gone to a bookstore and gotten a latte and just sat there and thought it out,,, gone for a walk around the lake... . I don't really have depression issues, so that doesn't happen to me often, but I do get off kilter so to speak and I just need time alone for that.

B: Starbucks skinny latte

B2: frozen treasure

L: Frozen treasure

D: leftover short ribs

Weight this morning 148.6 (Then dressed it was 150.6, I tried to wear the lightest possible! I want it .6 pounds lighter in 45 minutes! LOL)

Exercise has been on track... yesterday we did arms/shoulders. I'm beginning to feel a difference there and I upped my weights yesterday!
