What's on your Monday Menu RNY'ers?
Crazy day here. Worrying for the washer repair guy to finish up. Hoping he can fix it without ordering parts. Then going to take my Guy to the doctor. He came down with the crud over the weekend. So I am taking a sick day and get to be home. Playing with my puppy and made 2 pounds of bacon. Nom nom nom.
QOTD: The things you all have said so far for sure. The only one I can add is that food is more enjoyable now. When I was MO food was exciting and fun to plan to eat but then I would eat really fast and be disappointed that it was gone already. Now I actually think I taste the food and enjoy the quality of it more.
Menu: B: Greek yogurt with granola and strawberries; L: 1 fried egg and 2 strips of bacon; D: American Goulash in Instant Pot; S: Apple, Chobani Simply 100 Crunch
Have a great one!

Nope, I pan fried it. Only took about half an hour. Now my hair smells like bacon. I am delicious.

I think I enjoy it more, too... and when people mention how little I eat - and follow it up with any kind of sorrow for me - I tell them that honestly I'm really satisfied after I eat my measured amounts... I go slower, MUCH slower, than I did pre-op, and I really taste everything so much better!
That's not to say I don't CRAVE more things... but once I eat, I'm full and happy.
