Things are feeling too 'easy'?
Ditto what Grim said, yet again LOL
I'd also note that what Cane said is my experience as well - the only real pain I had was from my hernia repair. I bounced back amazingly quick. Laps and laps around the unit at the hospital for the 24 hours I was there. I'm 4 weeks out tomorrow and am reaching 10K steps per day without feeling too much fatigue. One day two weeks out I was uber thirsty, and gulped down three mouthfuls of water in one shot, and I'll tell you that HURT. Just the reminder I needed to go slow and steady.
Fingers crossed you continue to be surprised by how easy things are!
I'd be counting my blessings if I were you. You're so lucky. I'm 20 days post op and still have bouts of very bad pain.
I'm glad your surgery and recovery were so successful.

I too felt it was too easy early on. I could get fluids in and had lots of energy. You learn when you get to solid food what your pouch can tolerate and what it can't. Take it one day at a time and follow your surgeons plan.

I thought my hospital stay was pretty simple also. My recovery went very well. People have different tolerances to pain, doesn't mean one person is better or worse than the other - just different. So for some people surgeries just seem to be a minor annoyance, for others a major setback.
I am thankful, mine was just an annoyance. I am glad yours was also :)
