Restriction feeling

My pouch has volume restrictions - only so much dense foods can fit into it. It is a space.

Weight can be deceiving - specially at the beginning post op WLS.

Later on - it really does not matter - and weight is easier to estimate the proteins, calories and other stuff.

But the more dense the food - the more I am concerned about volume than weight. "How much space this would take in my pouch".

I'm 18 month post op and sometimes i can eat 5 to 6 ounces of meat and not blink an eye, then other days i eat 3 ounces and it sends me into a sneezing fit.  It's crazy how much our pouches change day to day.
