Too funny. I don't have my day planned yet, but I know the basics. I just found the time to sit down and type it out. I'll log it and come back to add totals later.

Lately, having my sister closer is making me crazy happy.

She lost her husband to lung cancer in November and has decided to move back to SC where the rest of us live. It's terribly sad cir****tances that bring her home, but I miss seeing her whenever I want to. She'll live an hour away, but compared to the 12 hr drive for the last 15 years, I'll drive an hour every day to sit and have coffee with her.

She brought a house in December and were in the process of fixing some minor issues and a full remodel of the interior. Tomorrow I'm driving out to help her sand all of the kitchen cabinets and give them a fresh new look.

Here's the plan --

Coffee: Starbucks grande latte (done)

Breakfast: Protein waffle (done)

Snack: Handful of pecans (done)

Lunch: Deli meat and cheese rolls (Still full, lunch will be late)

Snack: Premier Protein, chocolate

Dinner: Sous Vide pork tenderloin

I feel confident this get me to 100g protein. If not, I'll have a yogurt before bed.

Morning peeps! Missed posting yesterday, had the 1st day of PMS munchies all day and I was SO grumpy because of it...I ate more pickles yesterday than I knew what to do with LOL

School vaca isn't really a thing in my house, the district that my son goes to nixed Feb vacation. They just have a long weekend Fri-Tuesday off to save some days for snow.

Started with Chocolate protein coffee latte YUM

This morning I modified my Cream Cheese pancakes recipe. Here it is if you want to try it!

2oz Cream Cheese, 2 eggs, 2 scoops of your fav protein powder a dash of vanilla extract and a half of a banana (Optional)

This is a SINGLE serving...but it makes like 6 decent sized pancakes, I can BARELY eat 2 with 1 turkey sausage.

My 11 year old LOVES them...because he thinks they are really chocolate lol. Which is huge for me because he is Autistic and has big issues with food textures)

Lunch: Leftover taco salad from last night with more of that amazing home made salsa!

Dinner: Up in the air, it is friend game night here and we have friends stopping by. I am probably just going to have a bunch of healthy snacks, Home made salsa, home made greek yogurt onion dip and some fresh cut veggies. Maybe a shake later too :)

Enjoy this beautiful day!

Happy Saturday!

I have to do a little shipping for my side job (anyone heard of LulaRoe? shipping from a live sale last night), hit the post office, then take my youngest to a birthday party she's helping out at.

Four days strong hitting my 10K steps and with the gloomy weather, considering heading to the gym for the first time in probably at least a year? I used to love the gym, then when I started my regain I had an issue where my migraine headaches escalated. Got to the point where I had 87 days straight of migraine pain of a level 5 or greater. One of my main triggers is bringing my heart rate up too fast, which I tend to do at the gym with the warm ups on the cardio machines. I'm so afraid of jinxing this, but my migraines have been way better than usual with the typical triggers since surgery. Surgeon mentioned that she has seen some patients have help with their migraines, and I told her I would not even hope for it, because I don't want to be let down! I am about due for my Botox injections (every 12 weeks) and usually this close to injection time I start seeing spikes in pain, so crossing fingers...

So ^^ that makes me happy... but I'm happy for so much!! I'm happy I've hit 20 pounds lost since surgery (3.5 weeks), that I live where I do, that we have such great loving kids, and that this journey that I was so very scared of is working out better than I would have ever hoped.

B - Smoothie with unsweetened almond milk, scoop chocolate unjury, half scoop unflavored unjury, two tbsp PB2 and some ice.

L - Ricotta Bake - 3tbsp

S - Chicken soup unjury with cup of water

D - 2.5 tbsp tuna with 0.5 tbsp light miracle whip

Plus plenty of fluids!

I tried the Botox, but no help in frequency or severity. Mine are a side effect of Lyme disease.

Glad it's working for you!!!

Hi JB and everyone,

QOTD: I'm happy that I think my stall might have broken. T he 2 up and down 2 lbs for the past 2 weeks is gone and I'm back to the weight I was a couple of weeks ago. I'm hoping for an actual loss tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

Im happy for a nice NSV... I went to my cardiologist yesterday and he reduced one of my heart meds! Yaaay! Small downside is the he started me on a potassium pill due to it being low on my last blood work and that could put my heart into an arithmia .

All of my other blood work is great!

B: 2eggs, 2slices bacon, 1/2 oz cheese

L: 3oz turkey

D:?

sS:?

Enjoy the rest of your day!
